Casa Única inception comes from a dream to evade the city and live in the wild of the Laguna de Apoyo. As life shared this paradise with us, we want to share it with you. Our mission is to open our doors on this infinite relaxation and resourcing of the soul.

The spaces we want to share with you are private, precious and fragile. Ideal time to remove your shoes and connect with Mother Earth, ideal time to let go of the pressure and enjoy the lake view under the soft shade.

   Casa Unica was the perfect place for us to stay in Nicaragua.  We stayed in the Casa Mango, it was nice, convenient, clean and quiet. Surrounding by the nature with an access to the wonderful Laguna Apoyo, Casa Unica is closeby many attractions and point of interest.  Darling and Benjamin are fantastic hosts. I highly recommend Casa Unica  !

   Benjamin and Darling are such wonderful hosts and amazing guides. Our casita mango was so comfortable and clean, with evething needed. Amazing swimming time in the laguna and relaxing time in the ranchito.

   We very much enjoyed our weekend getaway at Casa Unica.

Benjamin is a great host, is very responsive, helpful, and pleasant.  The grounds are beautiful and comfortable. The Casita is clean.  The rates are very reasonable.

We really enjoyed the lake, this spot has a gentle slope into the water for a distance before it drops off.
